NHIDCL Associate Educational Qualification and Domicile Criteria

Essential Qualification: Must possess a Graduation degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech) or an equivalent discipline from IITs, NITs, or other premier engineering institutions ranked within the top 100 in the NIRF Engineering category for the year of graduation (or the preceding year if completing graduation).
Experience Window: 0 to 2 years post completion of essential educational qualification (Freshers are highly eligible). Final-year students appearing in their last semester may also apply, provided they complete graduation requirements before formal joining.
Domicile Rule: A candidate is eligible to apply for vacancies in a specific State/UT only if she/he holds a valid Domicile Certificate of that particular State/UT.
Andaman & Nicobar Exception: For vacancies in the Andaman & Nicobar Islands, candidates from other States/UTs can also apply if a sufficient number of native domicile holders are not available, though first preference will be granted to local residents.

NHIDCL Associate Pay Scale and Salary Structure

Monthly Remuneration: Rs. 70,000/- to Rs. 80,000/- per month (paid in the form of a consolidated consultancy fee approved by the competent authority).
Annual Increment: An annual enhancement of 5% in the monthly consultancy fee is permitted.
Location Allowance: Associates actively deployed in any Project Monitoring Unit (PMU), Regional Office, or Site Office located in the Andaman & Nicobar Islands are entitled to an additional Location Allowance at the rate of 20% of their prescribed consultancy fee.
Tenure Structure: Purely on a contractual basis for a fixed period of 2 years, extendable by 1 year at a time up to a maximum duration of 3 years (2 + 1 years) based on performance reviews.
