Qualifications must be full-time regular courses from recognized universities/instituted platforms. The minimum qualifying marks required are 60% for General/OBC/EWS and 55% for SC/ST candidates. Fractional percentages cannot be rounded off (e.g., 64.99% counts as less than 65%).

  • Diploma Engineering Disciplines: 3-year full-time regular Diploma in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation & Control, or allied specializations as demanded by the corresponding design branch.
  • Graduate Engineering Disciplines: Full-time Engineering Degree (B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc Engg.) in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Chemical Technology, or Instrumentation branches.
  • Computer Discipline: Engineering Degree in Computer Science OR Graduate in Engineering with a minimum 1-year Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/IT OR a regular Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree.
  • Human Resources (HR Executive): 2-year regular full-time PG Degree or PG Diploma in Personnel Management / HR / Industrial Relations / Labour & Social Welfare OR a 2-year regular full-time MBA with HR specialization.
  • Materials Management: Engineering Degree in any discipline OR full-time regular MBA / 2-year PG Diploma in Materials Management or Supply Chain Management.
  • SSP & QC Audit: M.Sc. degree in Chemistry.
  • Past Salary Limit Check: Candidates must have worked for at least two years drawing a monthly gross salary equal to or more than 70% of the consolidated remuneration fixed for the respective post. Supporting proofs like Form-16, Pay Slips, and Bank Statements must be furnished.
  • Scale 4 Positions (GES4): Minimum 11 Years of executive work experience.
  • Scale 3 Positions (GES3 & DES3): Minimum 8 Years of relevant work experience.
  • Scale 2 Positions (GES2 & DES2): Minimum 5 Years of relevant work experience.
  • Scale 1 Positions (GES1 & DES1): Minimum 2 Years of relevant work experience.
  • Note: Teaching experience, internship periods, and extraordinary leaves will not be counted towards valid work experience.

  • Perquisites & Additional Allowances:
    • The monthly remuneration is consolidated and inclusive of House Rent, Medical, Mobile, and Conveyance charges.
    • An annual increment of 3% (rounded to the next ₹10/-) will be given on completing each year of service.
    • An additional Site Allowance of ₹250/- per day is payable for actual attendance at project/site locations (excluding Noida, Vadodara, and regional inspection offices).
    • A North East Allowance of ₹5,000/- pm (for Degree) and ₹3,000/- pm (for Diploma) will be paid over and above the salary to non-domicile employees posted in the North East region.
  • Past Salary Limit: Candidate must have worked for at least two years earning a monthly gross salary equal to or more than 70% of the consolidated remuneration of the applied post (supported by Form-16, Pay Slip, and Bank Statements).
  • Contract Period: Initially for a period of up to one year. It may be renewed on a year-to-year basis for up to a maximum cumulative duration of three years, depending on performance.
  • Shortlisting Protocol: Merely applying or fulfilling guidelines does not grant the right to be selected. Applications will be scrutinized, and candidates found prima facie eligible based on claims will be called for the next stage.
  • Mode of Selection: Purely through a Personal Interview process. Shortlisted names and application numbers will be updated directly on the website portal.
  • Traveling Allowance (TA) Policy: Shortlisted outstation candidates appearing before the interview board will be reimbursed for the to-and-fro rail fare via the shortest route inside India. Degree fields get III AC (Including Rajdhani) fare, and Diploma levels get Sleeper Class fare. Filled-in TA forms (Annexure-I) along with original tickets must be submitted at the venue.

  • Only one Registration ID can be constructed using a unique Aadhaar Number; duplicate attempts will be summarily rejected.
  • Fill in all mandatory text blocks, including your date of birth, caste metrics, and educational parameters up to two decimal places. Candidates applying for non-technical fields must select the post as “Executive” against the respective scale.
  • Upload your recent passport-size photograph and valid certificate copies in the specified spaces.
  • For experience verification, upload letters issued on company letterheads specifying complete communication addresses, designation history, and exact dates of joining and relieving. For current employment, upload your appointment letter along with the latest pay slips or incremental adjustments.
  • Complete the transaction phase for the non-refundable application fee (₹800/- for General/OBC or ₹400/- for SC/ST/EWS) via integrated web payment methods.
  • Submit your complete application sheet and retain copies of the submitted application form and transaction fee receipt for original document checks on the day of your interview.
