Educational & Technical Qualifications:

Academic Qualification: Must have passed the Secondary School Certificate (S.S.C / 10th Standard) or its equivalent exam with a minimum average of 50% marks or above.
Language Requirement: Must have passed 10th or a higher examination with Marathi as a compulsory subject carrying a minimum of 50 or 100 marks (Lower or Higher level).
Mandatory License: Must possess a valid, updated Bus Conductor License and Badge issued by the Regional Transport Authority (RTA) of Maharashtra State.

Physical Standards:

Height Requirement: Minimum 154 cm and Maximum 178 cm.

BEST Bus Conductor Pay Scale and Salary Structure

Initial Remuneration Elements: Basic Pay of ₹22,060/- + Dearness Allowance (DA) + House Rent Allowance (HRA) + Medical Allowance + Uniform Washing Allowance.

Computer-Based Test (CBT): Selection will be conducted via an online objective-type multiple-choice examination.
