The application process requires a one-time registration (OTR) fee payment through the State SSO portal:

  • General / Creamy Layer OBC / MBC Candidates: Rs. 600/-
  • Non-Creamy Layer OBC / MBC / EWS / SC / ST Candidates (Rajasthan Residents): Rs. 400/-
  • Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) Candidates: Rs. 400/-
  • Candidates from Other States (All Categories): Rs. 600/-
  • Note: Candidates who have already paid the One-Time Registration (OTR) fee previously are exempted from paying it again. Fees must be paid online via E-Mitra, CSC, Net Banking, or Credit/Debit Card.

  • Essential Qualification: Candidates must possess a Graduate Degree (Bachelor’s Degree) from a recognized university or an equivalent educational qualification.
  • Final Year Students: Candidates who are appearing or have appeared in the final year of their graduation are eligible to apply for CET. However, they must acquire the designated educational credentials before the main recruitment exam of the respective department.
  • Nature of Examination: CET is purely an eligibility/suitability test. Scoring marks in CET does not guarantee recruitment or employment.
  • Validity of Score: The CET score will remain valid for a duration of three (3) years from the official date of declaration of results.
  • Minimum Qualifying Score: Candidates must score a minimum of 40% marks to become eligible to apply for subsequent main departmental exams. A 5% relaxation in minimum marks is available for SC / ST category candidates (making it 35% minimum).
  • Subsequent Stages: For actual recruitment, individual departments or the RSSB will release separate vacancy notices and hold competitive main exams, interviews, or skill assessments matching respective service directives.

  • Exam Duration: 3 Hours (180 Minutes)
  • Negative Marking: There will be a negative marking of 1/3rd of the allocated question marks for every wrong answer.
  • Subject Coverage: History of India and Rajasthan (with focus on Indian National Movement), Art, Culture, Literature, Tradition & Heritage of Rajasthan, Geography of India and Rajasthan, Indian Political System with special reference to Rajasthan, Economy of India and Rajasthan, Science & Technology, Logical Reasoning & Mental Ability, Mathematics, Current Events, Public Health, Computer Knowledge, General English, and General Hindi.

  • Every multiple-choice question will feature 5 options (A, B, C, D, and E).
  • If a candidate chooses to skip/not attempt a question, they must compulsorily darken the circle ‘E’ using a blue ballpoint pen.
  • If none of the 5 options are darkened, 1/3rd of the marks for that question will be deducted.
  • An extra 10 minutes will be given to candidates at the end of the exam specifically to ascertain that a circle has been filled for every question.
  • Any candidate who leaves more than 10% of the total questions completely blank (without darkening option E) will be automatically disqualified.

  2. Log in using your existing credentials or create a new SSO ID.
  3. Navigate to the “Citizen Apps (G2C)” panel and select the “Recruitment Portal” application.
  4. Click on the “Apply Now” link for the Common Eligibility Test (CET) Graduate Level 2026.
  5. Complete your One-Time Registration (OTR) by providing details about your category, domicile state, and PwBD status if you haven’t paid the OTR fee previously.
  6. Complete the application form, ensuring you select your live capture photo, standard signature parameters, and mandatory visible body marks accurately.
  7. Verify all entered records using the “View Checklist” tool under your dashboard profile.
  8. Submit the application form before the final window closes and secure a printout copy of the generated Application ID statement for verification mapping.
