Gujarat High Court Legal Assistant Educational Qualification Criteria
- Degree Requirement: Must be a fresh graduate in Law (LL.B. 3 years or 5 years integrated course) with a minimum of 55% marks (or equivalent grade point system) from any recognized University or institution in India.
- Final Year Students: Candidates studying in the final year of their law courses are eligible to apply provisionally. Their selection is subject to passing the final examination with at least 55% marks before their actual date of appointment.
- Language Skills: Must be acquainted with the vernacular language, which is Gujarati.

Gujarat High Court Legal Assistant Salary and Service Tenure
- Monthly Remuneration: Selected candidates will receive a fixed remuneration of Rs. 60,000/- per month.

- Extension Clause: Based on the recommendations of the concerned Hon’ble Judge and subject to the approval of the Hon’ble Chief Justice, it can be extended up to a maximum total period of another 11 months only.
