All qualifications must be from recognized Indian institutes. Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Executive (ERP): Full-time B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc Engg with mandatory SAP certification in HCM module. Minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience required.
- Executive (HR) (Corp. Comm.): Graduate with a 2-year full-time PG Degree/Diploma in Mass Communication or Journalism. Minimum 7 years of relevant experience required.
- Executive (Civil) [Code: FTB/5/HR/12]: Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 7 years of hydro power project work experience required.
