All qualifications must be from recognized Indian institutes. Candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Executive (ERP): Full-time B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc Engg with mandatory SAP certification in HCM module. Minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience required.
  • Executive (HR) (Corp. Comm.): Graduate with a 2-year full-time PG Degree/Diploma in Mass Communication or Journalism. Minimum 7 years of relevant experience required.
  • Executive (Civil) [Code: FTB/5/HR/12]: Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 7 years of hydro power project work experience required.
  • Executive (Civil) [Code: FTB/4/HR/13]: Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 4 years of hydro power project work experience required.
  • Executive (Civil) [Code: FTB/1/HR/21]: Full-time Bachelor’s Degree (with 1 year experience) OR a 3-year Diploma in Civil Engineering (with 5 years experience) in Survey & Investigation works.
  • Executive (Security): Graduate in any field. Minimum 9 years of experience in the Armed Forces (Captain/Major/Lt. Colonel) or Central/State Police (DSP/SP).
  • Executive (Law): Full-time LLB degree. Minimum 6 years of court practice/judicial service or 9 years of CPSU/Govt experience required.
  • Executive (Safety): Engineering Degree (Mechanical/Electrical/Production) with a full-time Diploma in Industrial Safety OR a Degree in Fire & Safety. Minimum 4 years of working experience under the Factories Act.
  • Executive (Finance) [Code: FTB/4/HR/257]: Graduate with CA/CMA OR a 2-year MBA (Finance). Minimum 4 years of experience required.
  • Executive (Finance) [Code: FTB/2/HR/256]: Graduate with CA/CMA OR a 2-year MBA (Finance). No minimum experience limit is explicitly specified for this grade level.
  • Executive (Medical): MBBS degree registered with the Indian Medical Council. 1 year post-internship experience is preferred.
  • Executive (HR) (CSR): Master’s Degree in Social Work or Community Organisation. 1 year of experience in CSR/Social Welfare is preferred.

Selected candidates on final allocation will receive a fixed consolidated monthly pay plus benefits:

  • Executive (ERP, HR-Corp Comm, Civil-FTB/5/HR/12): Rs. 1,66,000/- per month
  • Executive (Civil-FTB/4/HR/13, Security, Law, Safety, Finance-FTB/4/HR/257): Rs. 1,45,000/- per month
  • Executive (Medical): Rs. 1,35,000/- per month
  • Executive (Civil-FTB/1/HR/21): Rs. 71,000/- per month
  • Executive (Finance-FTB/2/HR/256, CSR): Rs. 90,000/- per month

Additional Benefits: Candidates will also receive House Rent Allowance (HRA) or Company Accommodation, and medical facilities for self, spouse, 2 children, and dependent parents.
