  • Essential Qualification: Candidates must have completed a full-time regular Graduation Degree (Bachelor’s Degree) in Agriculture or Horticulture from a recognized university.
  • Crucial Qualification Date: All essential educational certificates must be acquired and fully held by the candidate on or before their date of online application submission.
  • Employment Exchange Domicile Registration: Candidates must possess a valid, live registration statement with the Employment Exchange (Rojgar Karyalaya) of the State of Madhya Pradesh.
  • Pay Matrix Range: Rs. 25,300 – Rs. 80,500/-
  • Stipend Rule Regulation: As per current rules, selected candidates will receive a stipend based on the minimum scale baseline: 70% during the first year, 80% during the second year, and 90% during the third year of the probation period. Regular full-scale salary kicks off upon successful completion of probation.
  • Single-Stage Objective Examination: The primary selection metric is a computer-based online examination.
  • Minimum Qualifying Marks Criteria: Unreserved category candidates must secure a minimum of 50% marks to qualify. SC, ST, OBC, EWS, and PwBD candidates are granted a 10% relaxation, making their minimum passing score 40%.
  • Normalization Protocol: Normalised Equi-Percentile scaling techniques will apply to equalize performance matrices across multi-shift examination dates.
  • Verification Segment: Post-exam document verification and final appointment issuance remain under the sovereign management of the requisitioning department.
  • Exam Mode: Online Computer-Based Test (CBT) featuring bilingual (Hindi/English) multiple-choice objective questions.
