Qualifications must be from a university recognized by the Government of India or approved by government regulatory bodies on or before 21.07.2026.

  • IT Officer (Scale-I): 4-year Engineering/Technology Degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Information Technology, Electronics & Telecommunications, Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Instrumentation OR Post Graduate Degree in corresponding streams OR Graduate with DOEACC ‘B’ level qualification.
  • Agricultural Field Officer (Scale I): 4-year Graduation Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Dairy Science, Fishery Science, Pisciculture, Agri. Marketing & Cooperation, Co-operation & Banking, Agro-Forestry, Forestry, Agricultural Biotechnology, Food Science, Agricultural Business Management, Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Agricultural Engineering, Sericulture, or Fisheries Engineering.
  • Rajbhasha Adhikari (Scale I): Post Graduate Degree in Hindi with English as a subject at the graduation level OR Post Graduate Degree in Sanskrit with English and Hindi as subjects at the graduation level.
  • Law Officer (Scale I): A Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B) and enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council.
  • HR/Personnel Officer (Scale I): Graduation along with a 2-year full-time Post Graduate degree or 2-year full-time Post Graduate diploma in Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, HR, HRD, Social Work, or Labour Law.
  • Marketing Officer (Scale I): Graduation along with a 2-year full-time MMS (Marketing), 2-year full-time MBA (Marketing), or 2-year full-time PGDBA / PGDBM/ PGPM / PGDM with specialization in Marketing.
  • Computer Literacy Note: For posts other than IT Officer, candidates must have studied Computer/IT as a subject in High School/College or hold a valid certificate/diploma in computer operations.
  • Basic Scale: Specialist Officers Scale-I basic pay structure tracks across: Rs. 48480-2000/7-62480-2340/2-67160-2680/7-85920.
  • Selected officers will be eligible for allowances and perquisites as per the operational service rules of the allocated bank in force from time to time.

The selection architecture consists of a multi-stage tier assessment protocol:

  1. Online Preliminary Examination: Initial objective filtering phase. Scores obtained here are only for shortlisting candidates for the main exam.
  2. Online Main Examination: The main written test consists of objective and descriptive components. Scores obtained in the Main examination only are used for interview shortlisting and final merit generation.
  3. Common Interview Stage: Allocation involves 100 marks total, requiring a minimum of 40% passing score (35% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD).
  4. Final Provisional Allotment: Relative final score formulation weightage applies an 80:20 ratio combining Main Examination and Interview performances.
  • Duration: 80 Minutes total (Separate section timing of 20 minutes applies).
  • Question Counts: 100 Questions carrying 125 maximum marks.
  • Negative Penalty: 0.25 marks or 1/4th mark deduction applies per incorrect entry in objective tests.
  • English Language: 25 Questions (25 Marks) – English Medium
  • Reasoning: 25 Questions (25 Marks) – English & Hindi Medium
  • Quantitative Aptitude: 25 Questions (25 Marks) – English & Hindi Medium

  2. Click on the dashboard tracking link for “CRP SPL” and select “Common Recruitment Process for Specialist Officers (CRP SPL-XVI)”.
  3. Click the “Click Here for New Registration” option to enter your basic details and generate a provisional system Registration Number and Password.
  4. Record educational certifications, preferred banking priority ranks, and upload mandatory scanning files.
  5. Access webcams or mobile tools to record and auto-upload a required verification live photograph.
  6. Upload standard documents matching requirements:
    • Color Photograph scan (Light/white background, 20 to 50 KB)
    • Signature scan (Black ink, NOT in capital letters, 10 to 20 KB)
    • Left Thumb Impression scan (White paper, blue/black ink, 20 to 50 KB)
    • Handwritten Declaration scan (Black ink, in English, NOT in capital letters, 50 to 100 KB)
    • Declaration Text Profile: "I, _______ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required."
  7. Complete your application fee payment of Rs. 850/- or Rs. 175/- online using Credit/Debit cards, Net Banking, or UPI options.
  8. Confirm your transaction status turns to “Completed”, take a hard copy system printout statement of your completed form, and retain it for document checks.
