UPESSC College Principal Selection Process Details

Selection to the post of College Principal involves a competitive evaluation out of 400 Marks:

1. Research Score Filter: Minimum eligibility requirement of 110 API Research Score.
2. Written Examination: Objective OMR-based test carrying 360 Marks (120 Questions).
3. Personal Interview: Carries 40 Marks. Shortlisted candidates in a 1:2/1:3 ratio based on written test score will be called for interview and college preference submission.

The written exam contains 120 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) with a total score of 360 Marks:

• Negative Marking: 1 mark will be deducted for every incorrect or multiple-marked answer (-1 Negative Mark).
