Who Should Apply for the Indian Navy 10+2 B.Tech Cadet Entry?

Candidate must be an unmarried male or female.
Candidates who have passed Senior Secondary Examination (10+2 Pattern) or its equivalent examination from any recognised Board with at least 70% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) and at least 50% marks in English (either in Class X or Class XII)
Candidates who have appeared for the JEE (Main) – 2026 exam (for B.E/ B. Tech). Call-up for the Service Selection Board (SSB) will be issued based on the JEE (Main) All India Common Rank List (CRL) – 2026 published by NTA.

- Pay Scale: Rs. 56,100-1,77,500
- Salary on Commissioning: CTC approx. 17-18 Lac per annum

Based on merit and qualification during training at INA, 07 candidates will be streamed to B.Tech in Naval Architecture & Shipbuilding at NCW, Kochi.
Naval Headquarters reserves the right to set the cut-off for shortlisting applications for SSB based on the JEE (Main) All India Common Rank List (CRL) – 2026. All candidates are required to fill in their Rank as per the Common Rank List (CRL) in the application. SSB interviews for shortlisted candidates will be scheduled at Bengaluru/ Bhopal/ Kolkata/ Visakhapatnam
