All qualifications must be recognized by AICTE, UGC, or any other statutory board. Teaching, training, consultancy, and freelancing experience will not be treated as valid experience.

  • Assistant Manager – Civil (E-1):
    • Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech or AMIE or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering with at least 55% marks.
    • Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification executive experience. Your gross drawn remuneration must not be less than Rs. 3,60,000/- per annum in your last/current organization.
    • Required Profile: Experience in site construction of civil/structural works of residential, institutional buildings, or industrial projects. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in PEB structures, piling works, and quality assurance.
  • Assistant Manager – Electrical (E-1):
    • Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech or AMIE or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering with at least 55% marks.
    • Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification executive experience. Your gross drawn remuneration must not be less than Rs. 3,60,000/- per annum in your last/current organization.
    • Required Profile: Experience in site construction of electrical (LT/HT) works of residential, institutional buildings, or industrial projects. Preference will be given for experience in the erection, testing, and commissioning of HT/LT switchgears, transformers, cables, motors, or compact sub-stations.
  • Assistant Manager – Mechanical (E-1):
    • Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech or AMIE or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering with at least 55% marks.
    • Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification executive experience. Your gross drawn remuneration must not be less than Rs. 3,60,000/- per annum in your last/current organization.
    • Required Profile: Experience in site construction of mechanical works of residential, institutional buildings, or industrial projects. Preference will be given for experience in the erection, testing, and commissioning of mechanical static/rotary equipment and piping works.
  • Senior Manager – Civil (E-4):
    • Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech or AMIE or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering with at least 55% marks.
    • Experience: Minimum 9 years of post-qualification executive experience. Your gross drawn remuneration must not be less than Rs. 7,20,000/- per annum in your last/current organization.
    • Required Profile: Same as Assistant Manager (Civil) with a higher level of long-term site leadership and execution history.

Selected professional executives will receive a fixed consolidated monthly pay along with other allowances:

  • Assistant Manager (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical): Rs. 40,000/- per month
  • Senior Manager (Civil): Rs. 70,000/- per month

Additional Salary Benefits & Allowances

  • House Rent Allowance (HRA): Paid based on the place of posting as applicable to regular employees of the company.
  • North East Allowance: Executives posted in the North East Region will get an extra location-based compensatory allowance of 10% of their fixed monthly pay.
  • Provident Fund & Gratuity: Provided as per the provisions of the Employees Provident Fund Act, 1952, and regular company rules.
  • Medical Benefits: Reimbursement of a maximum premium of Rs. 3,000/- per annum for self-medical insurance coverage.
  • Annual Increment: A 3% annual increment will be given upon completing each year of service based on satisfactory performance.

The final selection will be based on verification of credentials, followed by an in-person assessment:

  • Shortlisting of applications based on marks secured in the qualification and experience
  • Written Test (Management reserves the right to conduct a screening written test if the number of applications is high)
  • Personal Interview (To be conducted at WRO, Mumbai)

  • Job Flexibility: Selected candidates can be posted or transferred anywhere in India, depending on the operational priorities of the company.
  • Remuneration Proof: Candidates must produce valid salary slips, bank statements, Form 16, or salary certificates to establish their past gross drawn annual income. Bringing the last 3 months’ salary slips is mandatory at the time of verification.
  • Communication Mode: All call letters, interview schedules, and alerts will be sent exclusively via the email ID provided in the application form. No travel allowance (TA/DA) will be paid for attending the interview.
