NHM Durg Educational Qualification Criteria

Candidates must possess essential qualifications from recognized boards/universities:

• Psychologist (Clinical): M.Phil. in Psychology (Preference given to M.Sc./M.A. Psychology Regular if M.Phil. unavailable).
• Programme Associate – NTEP: MBA or PG Diploma in Management / Health Administration + minimum 1 year work experience.
• Social Worker – NMHP: M.Phil. Psychiatric Social Work (OR Master of Social Work – MSW Regular).
• STS: Bachelor’s Degree OR Sanitary Inspector Course + Computer Operation Certificate (min. 2 months) + Permanent two-wheeler driving license.
• Lab Supervisor: Graduate or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT/BMLT) + Permanent two-wheeler driving license + Computer Certificate (min. 2 months).
• Nursing Officer & Staff Nurse: B.Sc. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing OR GNM passed + Valid Live Registration in Chhattisgarh Nursing Council.
• Pharmacist – NUHM: Degree or Diploma in Pharmacy (B.Pharm/D.Pharm) + Live Registration in Chhattisgarh Pharmacy Council.
• Accountant – NUHM: M.Com (Regular) with min. 50% marks OR B.Com (Regular) with min. 50% marks + Compulsory knowledge of Tally 9.0.
• TBHV: Graduate in Science OR 10+2 Science with work experience as MPW/LHV/ANM/Health Worker OR Tuberculosis Health Visitor course + Computer Certificate (min. 2 months).
• Dental Assistant: Matriculation (10th Pass).
• MPW (Male) – UAAM: 10+2 passed with Biology + 1-year Multipurpose Worker (MPW) Training Diploma + Live Registration in Chhattisgarh Paramedical Council.
• Ophthalmic Assistant – NUHM: 10+2 Science passed + 2-year Ophthalmic Assistant Training Course + Live Registration in Paramedical Council.
• Jr. Secretarial Assistant: 10+2 (12th Pass) + At least 1-year Diploma in Computer Applications.
• 2nd ANM & ANM: 10+2 passed + ANM course passed from INC affiliated center + Live Registration in Chhattisgarh Nursing Council.
• Class IV – UAAM: 10th Pass from a recognized board.
• Ward Assistant & Attendant: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) + 1 year of experience working in a hospital.
• Support Staff / Sweeper & Housekeeping Staff: 8th Pass from a recognized institution.
• Security Guard: 10th Pass + Height minimum 160 cm + 1 year experience as Security Guard.

NHM Durg Pay Scale and Salary Structure

All selected candidates will receive a fixed monthly consolidated honorarium on a contractual basis as specified below:

Note: As these positions are purely contractual under NHM, no additional allowances or benefits will be provided apart from the consolidated salary.

NHM Durg Selection Process Details

Selection will be based on academic merit, experience/Covid-19 bonus marks, and written/skill/computer test:

1. Academic Merit: Percentage obtained in essential academic and technical qualifications.
2. Experience & Covid Bonus Marks:
   • NHM Chhattisgarh Employees: 3 marks per year (Max 15 marks).
   • Other Govt/Public Health Employees: 2 marks per year (Max 10 marks).
   • Temporary Covid-19 Health Workers (min. 6 months service in 1 year): 10 Bonus Marks.
3. Skill Test / Written Test / Computer Test: 20 Marks (Candidates must score at least 40% in Skill Test to qualify).
4. Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates (10 times for up to 10 posts; 5 times for 11 to 50 posts) will be called for document verification.
