Madhya Pradesh Employees Selection Board (MPESB), Bhopal has published the official notification and rulebook for the Group-02 Sub Group-04 Combined Recruitment Test 2026 (including Patwari backlog posts and various non-executive/executive positions).

Applications are invited from eligible candidates possessing a Bachelor’s Degree, CPCT, or relevant technical qualifications to fill 2,106 vacant posts across various government departments in Madhya Pradesh. Eligibility metrics must be fulfilled as on the application closing date (18 August 2026):

  1. Patwari (Post Code 001 – 096):
    • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University.
    • Mandatory CPCT Scorecard (Hindi typing & Computer Proficiency). (If not qualified before recruitment, CPCT must be cleared within 3 years of the probation period).
    • Must possess a valid Employment Exchange Registration (Rojgar Panjiyan) in Madhya Pradesh.
  2. Panchayat Coordination Officer / Mandi Sanyojak / Revenue Inspector:
    • Graduation Degree in any discipline from a recognized University.
  3. Data Entry Operator / Assistant Grade-3 / Computer Operator:
    • Graduation Degree + 1-Year Computer Diploma (DCA / PGDCA / BCA) + CPCT Scorecard.
  4. Assistant Sub-Inspector / Sub-Auditor / Assistant Auditor / Accountant:
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Science or Arts or relevant discipline from a recognized University.
  5. Programmer / IT Database Manager:
    • B.E. / B.Tech (IT/CS) / MCA / M.Sc (CS/IT) with relevant experience.

Selected candidates will be placed on standard MP Government pay levels:

  • Patwari: Pay Scale ₹5,200 – ₹20,200 + Grade Pay ₹2,100/- (Pay Matrix Level-5: ₹22,100 – ₹70,000/-).
  • Panchayat Coordination Officer / Assistant Auditor: Level-6 (₹25,300 – ₹80,500/-).
  • Assistant Sub-Inspector / Investigator / Revenue Inspector: Level-7 (₹28,700 – ₹91,300/-).
  • Assistant Manager / Assistant Commissioner: Level-9 / Level-10 (₹36,200 – ₹1,35,100/-).
  • Stipend Rule during Probation: 70% in 1st year, 80% in 2nd year, and 90% in 3rd year of base salary as per MP GAD guidelines.

Selection will be based on a single-stage Computer-Based Response Test (CBRT):

Single Question Paper containing 200 objective Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) of 3-hour duration:

  • Biometric Verification: Aadhaar-based multi-level biometric verification is mandatory at the exam center.

  4. Fill in personal details, educational qualification entries, district preferences (for Patwari/regional posts), and post code preferences.
  5. Upload a clear photograph, signature, and handwritten declaration in the prescribed MPESB template.
  6. Pay the prescribed application fee via MP Online Kiosk or Net Banking/Debit Card/UPI.
  7. Submit the application on or before 18 August 2026 and print out a copy for document verification.
