Who Should Apply for the HPSCB Himachal Pradesh Junior Clerk?
Jr. Clerk (Under PACS Quota)
- The candidate should be a Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University. Provided that the candidate should have passed Matriculation and 10+2 from any School/Institution situated within Himachal Pradesh. This condition shall, however, not apply to bona fide Himachalis.
- A minimum of continuous three years service as Secretary as defined in Rule 2(vii) of the H.P. Cooperative Societies Rules, 1971 of Primary Agriculture Credit Society.
- All employees of PACS who are covered under the definition of “trained Secretaries” are eligible for the posts.
- A candidate should not be directly or indirectly a defaulter of his/her society.
Jr. Clerk (Under OCS Quota)
- The candidate should be a graduate in any discipline from a recognized University. Provided that the candidate should have passed Matriculation and 10+2 from any School/Institution situated within Himachal Pradesh. This condition shall, however, not apply to Bonafide Himachalis.
- A minimum of five continuous years of service in a cooperative society.
- All employees of other cooperative societies and employees of PACS who are not covered under the definition of “trained Secretaries” are eligible for the posts.
- A candidate should not be directly or indirectly a defaulter of his/her society.
