Who Should Apply for the HPRCA Himachal Pradesh Teacher?

Teacher (Political Science, Sociology, Economics, Psychology, Public Administration)

Candidates must have a Master’s Degree in the subject concerned from a recognized University (with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate).
Candidates should have a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) as a professional qualífication from a recognized University /Institution with minimum 50% marks and should have passed the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) conducted by the H.P. Board of School Education, Dharamshala. District Kangra or any other Agency authorized by the Government.
Candidates should have Proficiency in teaching Hindi and English.

Teacher (Computer)

B.E or B.Tech in Computer Science/Information Technology from a recognized University/Institute with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate OR
B.E or B.Tech (any stream) from a recognized University/Institute and Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/Technology/Applications from a recognized University/Institute with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. OR
M.Sc. (Computer Science)/MCA from a recognized University/Institute with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. OR
Post Graduate Degree in Mathematics/Physics from a recognized University with Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/Applications from a recognized University/Institute with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. OR
“B” or “C” level course from DOEACC Society, Ministry of Information and Communication Technology, with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
Proficiency in teaching Hindi and English.

Teacher (Fine Arts)

Master’s Degree in Fine Arts/Visual arts (painting and sculpture) with atleast 50% marks from a recognized University. OR
Higher Secondary/Intermediate/Senior School Certificate Examination with minimum 5 years (full-time)/ 7 years part-time Diploma in Fine Art/Painting from recognized Universities or Institute with atleast 50% marks from a recognized University.

Teacher (Physical Education)

Bachelor of Physical Education (B.P.Ed) or Bachelor of Physical Education (BPЕ) or Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Health and Physical Education and Degree in Sports with atleast 55% marks as per National Council for Teacher Education (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations, 2009. OR
At least 50% marks in the B.P.Ed. degree/B.P.Ed (Integrated 4 years professional degree in accordance with the National Council for Teacher Education (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations, 2007, notified on 10.12.2007. OR
B.P.Ed with atleast 55% marks or B.P.E Course of 3 years duration with at least 50% marks in accordance with the National Council for Teacher Education Regulations, 2002, notified on 13.11.2002. OR
Diploma in Physical Education (D.P.Ed), one year as per NCTE norms from any recognized University(s). AND
M.P.Ed/M.A. Physical Education of at least 2 years duration from any National Council for Teacher Education recognized institution.
Proficiency in teaching Hindi and English.
