- Academic Qualification: Must have passed B.Sc. Nursing with at least 50% aggregate marks OR General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM / A-Grade Nursing Diploma) with at least 50% aggregate marks from a recognized University/Institution.
- Gender Requirement: Female Candidates ONLY.
- Domicile / Schooling Requirement: Must be a Bonafide Himachali (or must have passed Matriculation and 10+2 from a school/institution situated within Himachal Pradesh).
- Council Registration: Must be registered with the Himachal Pradesh Nurses Registration Council (HPNRC), Shimla.
HPRCA Assistant Staff Nurse Pay Scale and Salary Structure
- Engagement Type: Purely on a contractual engagement basis for a period of 5 years.
