Who Should Apply for the HPSCB Himachal Pradesh Junior Clerk?

Jr. Clerk (Under PACS Quota)

1. The candidate should be a Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University. Provided that the candidate should have passed Matriculation and 10+2 from any School/Institution situated within Himachal Pradesh. This condition shall, however, not apply to bona fide Himachalis.
2. A minimum of continuous three years service as Secretary as defined in Rule 2(vii) of the H.P. Cooperative Societies Rules, 1971 of Primary Agriculture Credit Society. 
3. All employees of PACS who are covered under the definition of “trained Secretaries” are eligible for the posts.
4. A candidate should not be directly or indirectly a defaulter of his/her society.

Jr. Clerk (Under OCS Quota)

1. The candidate should be a graduate in any discipline from a recognized University. Provided that the candidate should have passed Matriculation and 10+2 from any School/Institution situated within Himachal Pradesh. This condition shall, however, not apply to Bonafide Himachalis.
2. A minimum of five continuous years of service in a cooperative society.
3. All employees of other cooperative societies and employees of PACS who are not covered under the definition of “trained Secretaries” are eligible for the posts.
4. A candidate should not be directly or indirectly a defaulter of his/her society.
