The candidate must possess a certificate for a minimum two-year course—issued by the Directorate of Employment and Training, Uttar Pradesh, or an Industrial Training Institute—in any of the following trades; OR a three-year National Apprenticeship Certificate issued by the National Council for Vocational Training, Government of India: (1) Machinist (2) Fitter (3) Wireman (4) Turner.
