Sociology, Geography, Economics, History, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English
  1. A postgraduate degree in the relevant subject from a university established by law in India.
  2. An L.T. Diploma from a government or government-recognised training institution/college, or a Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed.) from a university established by law in India.
Civics
  1. A postgraduate degree in Political Science from a university established by law in India.
  2. An L.T. Diploma from a government or government-recognised training institution/college, or a Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed.) from a university established by law in India.
Biology
  1. A postgraduate degree in Botany, Zoology, or Advanced Zoology from a university established by law in India.
  2. An L.T. Diploma from a government or government-recognised training institution/college, or a Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed.) from a university established by law in India.
Hindi
  1. A postgraduate degree in Hindi from a university established by law in India.
  2. Graduation with Sanskrit as a subject from a university established by law in India, or a Degree of Shastri from a University established by law in India.
  3. An L.T. Diploma from a government or government-recognised training institution/college, or a Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed.) from a university established by law in India.
Sanskrit
  1. A postgraduate degree in Sanskrit from a university established by law in India, or a degree in Acharya-Sahitya, Acharya-Vyakaran, Acharya-Phalita Jyotish, Acharya-Navya Vyakaran, Acharya-Vedai, Acharya-Comparative Philosophy from any Sanskrit university established by law in India.
  2. An L.T. Diploma from a government or government-recognised training institution/college, or a Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed.) from a university established by law in India.
Arts
  1. A postgraduate degree in Drawing and Painting/Drawing Design/Technical Art/Painting (Fine Art)/Painting (Visual Art) from a university established by law in India.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed.) from an Institution recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education.
Agriculture
  1. A postgraduate degree in Agriculture from a university established by law in India.
  2. An L.T. Diploma from a government or government-recognised training institution/college, or a Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed.) from a university established by law in India.
Home Science
  1. A postgraduate degree in Arts or Home Science from a university established by law in India.
  2. An L.T. Diploma from a government or government-recognised training institution/college, or a Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed.) from a university established by law in India.
Commerce
  1. A postgraduate degree in Commerce from a university established by law in India.
  2. An L.T. Diploma from a government or government-recognised training institution/college, or a Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed.) from a university established by law in India.
Preferential Qualifications:
  1. Must have served in the Territorial Army for at least 02 years, or
  2. Must have obtained a “B” or “C” certificate of the National Cadet Corps.
  3. Must have obtained a “C” certificate of the NSS.
