Who Should Apply for the RSSB Rajasthan Teaching Associate?

• A. Candidates have a Master’s degree with 55% marks (or an equivalent grade on a point scale, wherever the grading system is followed) in a concerned/relevant/allied subject from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university.
• Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, the candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC or the CSIR, or a similar test accredited by the UGC, like SLET/SET or who are or have been awarded a Ph. D. Degree in accordance with the University Grants Commission (Minimum Standards and Procedure for Award of M.Phil./Ph.D. Degree) Regulations, 2009 or 2016 and their amendments from time to time as the case may be exempted from NET/SLET/SET. OR
• B. The Ph.D degree has been obtained from a foreign university/institution with a ranking among the top 500 in the World University Ranking (at any time) by any one of the following:
  (i) Quacquarelli Symonds (QS)
  (ii) the Times Higher Education (THE) or
  (iii) the Academic Ranking of World Universities (ARWU) of the Shanghai Jiao Tong University (Shanghai).
• Knowledge of working in Hindi written in the Devanagari script, and knowledge of Rajasthan culture

RSSB Rajasthan Teaching Associate Exam Pattern

• The written exam contains two papers.
• Paper I has 60 questions of 75 marks in the General Studies of Rajasthan. The exam duration is 1 hour.
• Paper II has 120 questions of 300 marks in the Subject concerned with the post. The exam duration is 2 hours.
• There will be a negative marking of 1/3 for wrong answers.

How to Apply for the RSSB Rajasthan Teaching Associate 2026

• The candidate should visit the official RSSB website, the SSO portal, or the link given in the link section.
• After logging in through the SSO portal, the candidate must select the Recruitment Portal available under Citizen Apps (G2C). Then, the candidate will click on “Apply Now”. If the candidate has not yet paid the one-time registration fee for OTR (One Time Registration), they must first go to the OTR (One Time Registration) tab, enter their category (Unreserved (UR) or Reserved (EWS/OBC-NC/MBC-NC/SC/ST/SAH) category), disability status, and home state details, and then pay the prescribed fee.
• The applicant is required to capture a live photo in the application form and submit the application. Applicants must also fill in their visible body marks in the online application. During the recruitment application process, candidates will have to verify their identity in the application form
• The candidate has filled in their Educational qualifications, Address, and other details that were asked for.
• Upload signature in JPG OR PDF Format.
• Ensure the details are completed and finalise the submission.
