Candidates must have attained their qualifications from a recognized university or institute. The basic requirements are:

  • Junior Assistant: Bachelor’s Degree with basic knowledge of computer applications. (Candidates with 50% marks and 2 years of admin experience will be preferred).
  • Junior Technician: Bachelor’s Degree or 3-year Diploma in the relevant engineering or science field.
  • Junior Superintendent: Master’s degree with 5 years of experience OR a Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of office experience.
  • Junior Superintendent (Legal): Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B.) with 4 years of experience OR Master’s Degree in Law (LL.M.) with 3 years of legal practice.
  • Junior Superintendent (Accounts): Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) with 60% marks and 7 years of accounts experience OR M.Com/CA/ICWA/CS with 55% marks and 5 years of experience.
  • Medical Officer: MBBS degree with mandatory State Medical Council / NMC registration, along with at least 3 years of hospital experience.
  • For higher engineering and administrative profiles (Sl. No. 1 to 7), a relevant Master’s or first-class Bachelor’s degree, along with specific years of high-level industrial or institutional experience, is required. Kindly read the detailed official PDF.

In addition to the basic pay in the respective 7th CPC levels, selected candidates will also get Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Transport Allowance, NPS Employer’s contribution, Medical, LTC, and Children’s Education Allowance as per GOI rules:

  • Group A Posts (Level 10 to Level 13):
    • Level 13: ₹1,23,100 – ₹2,15,900/- Per Month
    • Level 12: ₹7,8800 – ₹2,09,200/- Per Month
    • Level 11 & 10: Level 11 is as per rules, and Level 10 is ₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500/- Per Month
  • Group B Posts (Level 6):
    • Level 6: ₹35,400 – ₹1,12,400/- Per Month
  • Group C Posts (Level 3):
    • Level 3: ₹21,700 – ₹69,100/- Per Month

The selection rules depend on the specific group layout:

  1. For Group ‘A’ Posts (Level 10 & above): Selection will involve a Written Test and/or a Seminar/Presentation followed by a Personal Interview. For Medical Officers, it will be done via a Direct Interview.
  2. For Group ‘B’ and ‘C’ Posts: Selection will be done based on a Written Test, followed by a Skill Test or Job-Oriented Practical Test.
  3. Medium of Exam: The language for all evaluation modules will be English only.
