TSLPRB Telangana Police Constable Application 2026: The Telangana State Level Police Recruitment Board (TSLPRB), Hyderabad, has published an official recruitment notification (Rc No. 189/Rect./Rect.2/2026) for direct recruitment to various Constable posts.

Online applications are invited from eligible candidates to fill 7,112 vacant posts of Stipendiary Cadet Trainee (SCT) Police Constables (Civil, AR, SAR CPL), SPF Constables, Fire Fighters, and Warders.   • Educational Qualification (All Posts): Must have passed Intermediate (10+2) or its equivalent examination recognized by the State Government as on 29th July 2026. Candidates with higher qualifications are also eligible.
  • Technical Qualification (Fire Fighter – Post Code 26): Candidates must possess a valid Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) Driving License as on 29th July 2026.

Candidates who qualify in the Preliminary Written Test (PWT) undergo PMT/PET:

  • General Men (Post Code 21 to 23, 25 to 27): Minimum 167.6 cms.
  • General Women (Post Code 21, 22, 25, 26, 28): Minimum 152.5 cms.
  • ST / Agency Area Local Tribes (Men): Minimum 160 cms.
  • ST / Agency Area Local Tribes (Women): Minimum 150 cms.
  • Men: 1600 Meters Run in maximum 7 Minutes 15 Seconds (9 Min 30 Sec for Ex-Servicemen).
  • Women: 800 Meters Run in maximum 5 Minutes 20 Seconds.
  • Long Jump: Men – 4.00 Meters (3.50m for Ex-Servicemen) | Women – 2.50 Meters.
  • Shot Put: Men (7.26 Kg) – 6.00 Meters | Women (4 Kg) – 4.00 Meters.
  • Pay Scale: ₹24,280 – ₹72,850/- per month plus applicable usual state allowances.
  • Stipend: Selected Stipendiary Cadet Trainees receive a monthly stipend during institutional training before regular appointment.

Selection will be carried out in three successive stages:

  1. Stage 1: Preliminary Written Test (PWT): 200 MCQs for 200 Marks (3 Hours Duration). Qualifying marks: 30% for OC/EWS, 25% for BCs, and 20% for SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen. Negative marking: 20% (0.20 marks) per wrong attempt.
  2. Stage 2: Physical Measurement Test & Physical Efficiency Test (PMT / PET): Qualifying run and physical measurement tests.
  3. Stage 3: Final Written Examination (FWE): Objective exam of 200 Marks (or 100 Marks for AR/SPF posts). Final merit is prepared based on FWE marks (and PET normalized marks for AR/SPF posts).

  • Select the desired post(s) and pay the application fee online using a Debit card, Credit Card, or Net Banking.
  • Fill out Part-I Application Form and upload a combined JPG image containing a recent passport photograph and signature (file size 30 KB to 100 KB).
  • Submit the Part-I form and download the PDF summary.
  • Upon qualifying PWT, candidates will log in again to submit the Part-II Application Form and upload original certificates.
