Who Should Apply for the DRDO RAC Scientist?

Scientist E

• At least a First Division Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology in the related trade from a recognized university or equivalent.
• Minimum 11 Years’ of experience in Research or Design or Development in the related field.

Scientist D

• At least a First Division Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology in the related trade or a Master’s Degree in the related subject from a recognized university or equivalent.
• Minimum seven Years’ of experience in Research or Design or Development in the related field.

Scientist C

• At least a First Division Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology in the related trade or a Master’s Degree in the related subject from a recognized University or Equivalent.
• Minimum three Years’ of experience in research or design or development in the related field.

DRDO RAC Scientist Salary Details

• • Scientist E: Basic Pay: Rs. 1,23,100/-, Level 13
  • Scientist D: Rs. 78,800/-, Level 12
  • Scientist C: Basic Pay: Rs. 67,700/-, Level 11

DRDO RAC Scientist (C, D, E) Exam Pattern

• In Administrative Screening, the details of candidates, such as age, qualifications, and experience, will be verified.
• In Technical Screening applications, shortlisted by holding a Meeting of the Technical Screening Committee, and after Biodata-based Technical Screening at Level-1, a Preliminary Online Interview of short duration (10-15 minutes) was conducted at Technical Screening Level-2
• After the Technical Screening at Level-1 or Level-2, candidates are called for a final interview.
