- B.E/B.Tech or equivalent degree in Industrial Production / Industrial Engineering / Industrial Management / Industrial Engineering and Management / Production Engineering or allied branches
SCIENTIST/ ENGINEER – ‘SD’
- PhD in Thin Films / Material Science / Applied Optics / Metallurgy.
- Mandatory pre-eligibility qualification as follows:
- (a) M.Sc. in Physics / Material Science (OR) M.Tech in Material Science / Metallurgical Engineering / Applied Optics (AND)
- (b) B.E / B.Tech in Physical Streams / Metallurgical Engg. / Material Science (OR) B.Sc in Physics / Chemistry / Material Science
MEDICAL OFFICER – ‘SC’
- M.B.B.S with 2 years of experience (MBBS qualification should be recognised and registered with the National Medical Commission (previously Medical Council of India), and a pass with a minimum second class is essential)

- Pay Scale: (Rs. 56,100 -Rs. 1,77,500)
- Rs. 56,100/- per month + Admissible Allowances
- SCIENTIST/ ENGINEER – ‘SD’:
- Pay Level 11
- Pay Scale: (Rs. 67,100 – Rs. 2,08,700)
- Rs. 67,700/- per month + Admissible Allowances
- MEDICAL OFFICER – ‘SC’:
- Pay Level 10
- Pay Scale: (Rs. 56,100 -Rs. 1,77,500)
