Yantra India Limited Apprentice Eligibility Criteria

For Non-ITI Category

Should have passed Madhyamik (class X std or equivalent) as on the closing date of the online application, and possess minimum 50% marks as per the criteria of the concerned Board (as per the original Marksheet) and with minimum 40% marks in both Mathematics and Science.

For ITI Category

1. Should have passed the relevant trade test from any institute recognised by the NCVT or SCVT or any other authority specified through a Gazette notification of the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship/Ministry of Labour and Employment, with a duration as per the Trade Apprentices Act 1961, with possession of a minimum 50% marks in the ITI examination. The relevant trade to be considered will be strictly based on Schedule I of the Apprentice Act 1961, amendments thereof, and the available vacancies in the Ordnance and Ordnance Equipment Factories.
2. In addition, the candidate must have passed Madhyamik / Class X std or equivalent (Minimum 50% marks in Matriculate / Class X std).

How to Apply for Yantra India Limited Apprentice 2026

1. Candidates need to visit the official website of https://recruit-gov.com or the link given in the link section.
2. Candidates must fill in their personal details carefully. Candidates should ensure that their name, father’s name, date of birth, and marks obtained exactly match the details recorded in the Matriculation or equivalent certificate, etc. Any deviation found during Document Verification may result in cancellation of candidature and debarment. C.
3. Candidates are advised to indicate their active mobile number and valid e-mail ID in the ONLINE application and keep them active during the entire engagement process, as all important messages will be sent by email/SMS, which will be treated as deemed to have been read by the candidates.
4. No unclear/illegible documents shall be accepted, and the candidate’s application may be rejected at the time of verification of documents. If the uploaded documents are irrelevant or not legible, the candidature of the candidate may be summarily rejected.
5. Candidates must also follow the detailed instructions, which are available on the website, while filling out the application form.
6. Candidates are not required to send any hard copy of the application form/any document to the respective Factory/unit/YIL. A soft copy of the candidate’s application form in PDF format will be emailed to the candidate’s registered email ID after final submission of the application.
7. Candidates who have successfully applied will be notified on the website itself after successful submission of their online application, and/or will also receive intimation through SMS/e-mail. No request of the candidate to change the name of the factory shall be considered after the final submission of the online application.
8. Only one application from a candidate will be accepted. Candidates trying to submit more than one application with different particulars, such as Name/Father’s name/Community/Photo/educational and/or technical qualification, shall note that all such applications will be summarily rejected.
