Bank Of India Credit Officers Application Fee

  • General, OBC, EWS: Rs. 850/-
  • SC, ST, PH: Rs. 175/-

Bank Of India Specialist Credit Officers Eligibility Criteria

For MMGS-II Scale:

Educational Qualifications

A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University/ Institute with 60% marks or equivalent grade (55% for SC/ ST/ OBC/ PWBD) recognized by the Govt. of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government.

Other Preferred Qualification/ Certification
  • Chartered Accountant/ Chartered Financial Analyst / CMA – ICWA from a recognized institute. OR
  • MBA/ PGDBM in Banking/ Finance or Two Years full-time Post Graduation Degree in Banking/ Finance/ any credit-related field from a recognized university/ Institution / Board.
Work Experience

Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience as an officer, out of which 2 years’ experience should be in processing of MSME Credit/ Commercial Credit / Project Finance / Mid & Large Credit in Scheduled Public Sector Banks/ Scheduled Private Sector Banks/ Associate or Subsidiary of Scheduled Commercial Banks/ Public sector or Listed Financial Institution/ Foreign Banks

For MMGS-III Scale:

Educational Qualifications

  • Two Years full time Master’s degree in any field from a recognized University / Institution / Board OR
  • Chartered Accountant/ Chartered Financial Analyst /CMA – ICWA from a recognized institute.
Other Preferred Qualification/ Certification

Certificate Course offered by IIBF in International Trade Finance/ Credit Professional/ MSME.

Bank Of India Credit Officers Selection Process

  • Selection will be made through an online test and/or a personal interview, depending on the number of applicants/eligible candidates.

How to Apply for Bank Of India Credit Officers 2025

(1) Candidates need to visit the official website of the Bank of India or the link given in the link section.

(2) Candidates will have to click on “CLICK HERE FOR NEW REGISTRATION” to register their application by entering their basic information in the online application form. After that, a provisional registration number and password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen. The candidate should note down the Provisional registration number and password. An Email & SMS indicating the Provisional Registration number and Password will also be sent. They can reopen the saved data using the Provisional registration number and password and edit the particulars if needed.

(3) Candidates are required to upload their
– Photograph
– Signature
– Left thumb impression
– A handwritten declaration
– Certificate as mentioned in clause J (ix) (if applicable)
– SSC/ SSLC/ 10th standard or equivalent certificate
– Candidates will also be required to capture and upload their live photograph through webcam or mobile phone during the registration process.

(4) Candidates are advised to carefully fill in the online application themselves, as no change in any of the data filled in the online application will be possible/ entertained. Before submission of the online application, candidates are advised to use the “SAVE AND NEXT” facility to verify the details in the online application form and modify the same if required. No change is permitted after clicking on the COMPLETE REGISTRATION Button. Visually Impaired candidates are responsible for carefully verifying/filling in the details in the online application form properly, and ensuring that the same are correct before submission, as no change is possible after submission.

(5) Digi Locker has been integrated with the online application form. The candidate may provide access to issued credentials/documents (Aadhaar, Educational Qualification Documents, etc.) and information (Name, Date of Birth, Gender, etc.) through Digi Locker voluntarily.
