Haryana Medical Officer Eligibility Criteria

1. Graduate in Medicine and Surgery from a recognised University or any other University or Institution recognised by the National Medical Commission (erstwhile Medical Council of India); and
2. Permanent Registered as Medical Practitioner with National Medical Commission (erstwhile Medical Council of India) or any other State Medical Council in the Indian Union; and
3. Knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric Standard or higher education. Preference shall be given to candidates having an MD/MS degree/PG diploma approved by NMC (erstwhile Medical Council of India).

How to Apply for the Haryana Medical Officer Stenotypist 2025

1. Candidates need to visit the official website of https://haryanahealth.gov.in/ or the link given in the link section.
2. The candidates should fill in all details while filling out the Online Application Form. Due care should be taken by the candidates while filling up the online application form. An incomplete or defective application form shall be summarily rejected. No representation or correspondence regarding such rejection shall be entertained under any circumstances.
3. Candidates are advised to fill their application forms carefully, such as Name, Father’s/Mother’s name, Date of Birth, Category, Qualification, marks obtained, passing year, photo, Signature, details & fee, etc. The candidate should mention the Category to which he/she belong in the application form. After the final submission of the application form, no change will be allowed, and no request for change of any particular/s item in the online application form shall be entertained by the department/UHS Rohtak after submission of the application form.
4. The candidate will be responsible for any mistakes in the application form and fees paid by him/her. In case the candidate feels that he/she has filled up the form erroneously, he/she should fill up a fresh online application form along with fresh requisite fee before the Closing Date.
5. The applicants are advised to submit only a single application. However, if due to any unavoidable situation, if he/she submits another/multiple applications, then he/she must ensure that the application with the Highest Application Number is complete in all respects, like the applicant’s details, examination centre, photograph, signature, fee, etc. The applicants who submit multiple applications should note that only the application with the Highest/Latest Application Number shall be entertained, and also that the fee paid against one Application Number shall not be adjusted against any other Application Number. In such a situation, he must declare the same in his new application form.
6. After making payment, the candidate must take a printout of his/her application form and upload the same after duly checking & signing it.
