Telangana TET Online Form 2025- Important Dates, Eligibility, Age Limit, Notification PDF: The DEPARTMENT OF SCHOOL EDUCATION, TELANGANA has released the notification for the Telangana State Teacher Eligibility Test (TS TET). The online application period began on November 15, 2025. Candidates can fill out the Telangana TET online forms till 29 November 2025. Candidates must read the official notification before applying.

Telangana TET Application Fee

• Either only Paper I or only Paper II:  Rs. 750/-
• Both Papers I and I: Rs. 1000/-
• The candidates are required to deposit the requisite examination fees online through Internet Banking, Debit, or Credit Card.

Telangana TET Eligibility Criteria

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR TGTET PAPER-I (CLASSES I TO V):

1. Intermediate / Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks. However, for SC/ST/BC/Differently Abled candidates, the minimum marks required shall be 45%. AND pass in 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education / 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.) / 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education).
2. Intermediate / Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks. In respect of SC / ST / BC / Differently abled candidates, the minimum marks shall be 40%. AND pass in 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education / 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.) / 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education) in case of the candidates who have passed or been admitted to D.El.Ed / D.Ed., course before the issue of guidelines dated. 23-12-2015.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR TGTET PAPER – II (CLASSES VI TO VIII):

1. B.A./B.Sc./B.Com., with at least 50% marks. In case of SC/ST/BC/Differently abled candidates, the minimum marks shall be 45%. AND pass in the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) course / Bachelor of Education (B.Ed -Special Education). OR
2. B.A./B.Sc./B.Com., with at least 50% marks. In respect of SC/ST/BC/Differently abled candidates, the minimum marks shall be 40%. AND pass in the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) course / Bachelor of Education (B.Ed -Special Education) in case of the candidates who have passed or been admitted to B.Ed. Of course, before the guidelines were issued. 23-12- 2015. OR
3. 4-year B.A.Ed / B.Sc.Ed., with at least 50% marks, in case of SC / ST / BC / Differently abled candidates, the minimum marks shall be 45%. OR
4. Graduation with language concerned as one of the optional subjects OR Bachelor of oriental language (or its equivalent) OR Graduation in literature OR Post Graduation in language concerned AND Language Pandit Training Certificate / B.Ed with language concerned as one of the Methodologies, in respect of Language Teachers. OR
5. B.E/B.Tech with at least 50% marks. In respect of SC / ST / BC / Differently abled candidates, the minimum marks shall be 45% and a Pass in Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or B.Ed. (Special Education).

• Signature on plain white paper using a black or blue pen (not in capital letters)

How to Apply for the Telangana TET

1. Candidates need to visit the official website of https://schooledu.telangana.gov.in or the link given in the link section.
2. The candidate, after satisfying herself/himself about the eligibility criteria for TGTET, shall pay a fee of Rs. 750.00 (Rupees Seven Hundred and Fifty only) for either Paper I or Paper II and Rs. 1000 (Rupees One Thousand Only) for those appearing for both Papers I and II 
3. Candidate can pay the Fee through Online payment options provided on the website https://schooledu.telangana.gov.in between 15.11.2025 and 29.11.2025. At the time of Online Payment, the candidate has to give the required preliminary data (i.e. Name of the candidate, Date of Birth, whether the candidate belongs to Telangana, mobile phone number etc.). On receipt of online fee payment, the candidate shall be issued a ‘Journal Number’ with which she/he can proceed with the submission of the application online. The issue with the Journal Number does not mean that the candidate has completed the submission of the application online. It is only a confirmation of the fee received.
4. The candidates shall follow the procedure for submission of online application as given in the ‘Information Bulletin’ and instructions provided online, while filling up the online application form.
5. The Candidate should be ready with a scanned copy of the photograph of 500kb and the Signature of 100kb before filling in the Online application.
6. Applications with no photo and signature/unclear photo, and signature/ inadequate size photograph will be rejected. The Hall Ticket will not be issued to such candidates. Hence, after pressing the ‘UPLOAD’ button, check if the photo and signature are of the required size, clear, and are of the same candidate whose details are to be filled in the application. If the photo and signature are smaller in size, not clear, or do not belong to the candidate, press the ‘UPLOAD’ button below the photograph on the application form and restart with scanning of the photograph.
7. Complaints relating to a mismatch of the photograph and/or candidate details will not be accepted after submission of the application at any cost.
