Special Instructions to the Applicants:

The applications available on http://www.simcoagri.com/index.html, or candidates can get directly from the office of SIMCO.
The applicants should fill out all the fields of the application form; otherwise, the applications will be summarily rejected. No intimation will be sent in this regard, and no request for revival will be considered.
One envelope should contain one application only.
Each Applicant can apply for only one post; otherwise, the application will be rejected.
Application without the applicant’s copy of the payment receipt will be rejected.
The filled applications should be attached with a 24 X 10 cm post cover with Rs. 55 worth stamp pasted and self-addressed along with the application.
The applicant should have an educational certificate issued on or before the last date of receipt of application, and he/she have to produce the original documents, such as Mark sheet, provisional certificate etc., as proof of having the minimum educational qualification at the time of submission of the documents in department failing whichthe application of such applicants will be cancelled by the department.
The application received with a different date of birth in different certificate will be rejected.
Do not staple a photograph to the application. Paste one recent self-attested passport-size photograph on the application at the prescribed space & sign across the photograph in such a way that the half of the signature should be on the application form and half on the pasted photograph. Applications without a photograph, without across signature will be rejected.
Unsigned applications will be rejected straightaway.
A community certificate for SC/ST/OBC/EWS in the prescribed form issued by the competent authority is to be submitted. Certificate submitted in any other form or form authorities not competent to issue such a certificate will not be accepted. In case of EWS applicants, applications received without an EWS certificate will be straightaway rejected.
Whatever the reason may be, the reason for applications received after the due date will be rejected straightaway.
The department reserves the right to cancel the recruitment if so warranted, and the department will not be liable to return the fee or any other compensation to the applicant.
No correspondence in person, e-mail, telephone, etc., will be entered or accepted.
The selected applicants shall be posted anywhere in our branches.
The date of application received in this office will be reckoned as the date of application submitted by the applicant.
