BASIC QUALIFICATION	Mandatory: B.E. / B. Tech. in IT/ Computers/ Computer Science/ Electronics/ Electrical/ Instrumentation/ Electronics & Telecommunication. Or Master of Computer Applications (MCA)Minimum Percentage of Marks: 60% (From a University/ Institution/ Board recognized by the Government of India/ approved by Govt. Regulatory Bodies).Preferable: Preference will be given to candidates with additional education in MBA / Executive MBA.
OTHER QUALIFICATION	Preference will be given to those candidates having certifications in either of the following: Project Management Professional (PMP) by PMI PRINCE2 practitioner NPCI Certification of Payment Systems RBI Certified Payment Specialist Certified Card Industry Professional (CCIP) Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) PCI Qualified Assessor (PCI QSA) Certified Risk and Compliance Professional (CRCP)

WORK EXPERIENCE	Post Qualification Experience [after successful completion of MBA (Finance)/PGDBA/PGDBM/MMS (Finance)/CA/CFA/ICWA] of Minimum 3 years in Corporate Credit/High value credit as an executive in Supervisory / Management role in a Scheduled Commercial Bank / Associate or Subsidiary of a Scheduled Commercial Bank / in a Public sector or listed financial institution /Company. DECLARATION/UNDERTAKING-1 regarding the post-basic qualification experience has to be submitted along with the application during online registration.) Post Qualification experience in corporate credit/High value credit is a must. Experience should be in appraisal/assessment of Credit proposals of medium/large Corporates

How to Apply for SBI Specialist Officers 2025

(1) Candidates need to visit the official website of the State Bank of India or the link given in the link section.

(2) Candidates will have to click on “CLICK HERE FOR NEW REGISTRATION” to register their application by entering their basic information in the online application form. After that, a provisional registration number and password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen. The candidate should note down the Provisional registration number and password. An Email & SMS indicating the Provisional Registration number and Password will also be sent. They can reopen the saved data using the Provisional registration number and password and edit the particulars if needed.

(3) Candidates are required to upload their
– Photograph
– Signature
– Left thumb impression
– A handwritten declaration
– Certificate as mentioned in clause J (ix) (if applicable)
– SSC/ SSLC/ 10th standard or equivalent certificate
– Candidates will also be required to capture and upload their live photograph through webcam or mobile phone during the registration process.

(4) Candidates are advised to carefully fill in the online application themselves, as no change in any of the data filled in the online application will be possible/ entertained. Before submission of the online application, candidates are advised to use the “SAVE AND NEXT” facility to verify the details in the online application form and modify the same if required. No change is permitted after clicking on the COMPLETE REGISTRATION Button. Visually Impaired candidates are responsible for carefully verifying/filling in the details in the online application form, properly verifying and ensuring that the same are correct before submission, as no change is possible after submission.

(5) Digi Locker has been integrated with the online application form. The candidate may provide access to issued credentials/documents (Aadhaar, Educational Qualification Documents, etc.) and information (Name, Date of Birth, Gender, etc.) through Digi Locker voluntarily.
