Diploma in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 50% marks

Full-time regular MCA from an institution /university recognised/ approved by the State/Central Government with at least 60% marks, OR

Full-time regular Master’s degree in IT from an institution/ university recognised/approved by the State/Central Government with at least 60% marks.

Full-time regular M.Com. from an institution/university approved by the State/Central Government with a minimum of 50% marks or

CA Inter Or CWA Inter Or CMA Inter.

BE/B.Tech/B.Sc.Engineering in Electrical/ Electrical and Electronics Engg. with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent degree recognised/approved by AICTE, Or

AMIE in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics Engg. with at least 50% marks from Institution of Engineers(India) Calcutta.

BE/B.Tech/B.Sc.Engineering in Civil Engg. with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent degree recognised/approved by AICTE, Or

AMIE in Civil Engg. with at least 50% marks from the Institution of Engineers(India), Calcutta.

BE/B.Tech/B.Sc.Engineering in Electronics/ Telecommunication Engg. with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent degree recognised/approved by AICTE, Or

5 years Integrated Degree Graduation in Law with a professional course with minimum 60% marks.

(B) With three years post-qualification experience in Law matters.

Matric and Telecommunication Training Centre and Post and Telegraph Department with successful completion of the Telecommunication Mechanic Course (from State/Central Government recognised/approved institutions). or

Full-time regular 3 or 4 year diploma in Electronics & Communication Engg. from recognised/approved by the State/Central Govt. Board, with a minimum of 50% marks.

2) Possesses a certificate for at least one hundred and twenty hours of course with hands-on experience in the use of a Personal Computer or Information Technology in Office Productivity applications or Desktop Publishing applications from a government-recognised/ approved Institution/ Board. or

Possesses a Computer Information Technology Course equivalent to an ‘O-level certificate of the Department of Electronics Accreditation of Computer Courses (DOEACC) of the Government of India.
