PAU Clerk, Bee Keeper, & Other Teaching & Non-Teaching Application 2026: The Punjab Agricultural University (PAU) has officially released a notification for the various Teaching and Non-Teaching Posts. The Online application starts from 21 March 2026. Interested candidates can fill out the PAU Clerk, Bee Keeper, & Other Teaching & Non-Teaching online form till 17 April 2026. Who Should Apply for the PAU Clerk, Bee Keeper, & Other Teaching & Non-Teaching?
1. Dean Postgraduate Studies (for a term of four years)
Ph.D./ Master’s degree / Bachelor’s degree in any discipline of Agriculture.
At least second division at Bachelor’s level and 65% marks or OCPA of 6.50 out of 10.00 at Master’s level.
Twelve years’ experience in teaching/ research/ extension in any discipline of Agriculture* in a College/ Institution, out of which, at least 5 years must be as Professor & equivalent.
Matric level certificate in Punjabi language of Punjab School Education Board or any other equivalent (If not, the candidate is required to pass the same within one year of appointment).
2. Dean, College of Basic Sciences & Humanities
Ph. D. /Master’s degree / Bachelor’s degree in any discipline of Basic Sciences/ Humanities/ Agricultural Sciences.
At least second division at Bachelor’s level and 65% marks or OCPA of 6.50 out of 10.00 at Master’s level. Twelve years of experience in teaching/ research/ extension in Basic Sciences or Humanities in a College/ Institution, out of which at least 5 years must be as Professor & equivalent.

Possesses at least one hundred and twenty hours of course with hands-on experience in the use of a personal computer or Information Technology in Office Productivity applications or Desktop Publishing applications from a Government-recognised institution or a reputed institution, which is ISO 9001 certified. OR Possesses a Computer Information Technology course equivalent to ‘O level certificate of Department of Electronics Accreditation of Computer Courses (DOEACC) of the Government of India;
20. Bee Keeper
10+2 with Science & equivalent with one year experience in beekeeping with knowledge of Punjabi up to matric OR Matric with 2 years Diploma in Agriculture with one year experience in beekeeping with knowledge of Punjabi up to matric
21. Ward Attendant
Candidate should be 10+2.
Minimum 2 years working experience as a Ward Attendant in a minimum 20-bedded reputed hospital. Or Minimum 5 years working experience as DPL (Daily Paid Labourer) in the Govt./Semi. Govt. Hospital/Health Centre.
For Group-A post(s) (at sr. no. 16 & 18), the candidate(s) have to pass a written exam of the Punjabi language of a qualifying nature before the interview for the post. Those candidates who will score at least 50% marks in the said test will only be considered for further processing.
For Group-C posts, the candidate(s) have to pass a qualifying test of Punjabi language equivalent to Matriculation standard with at least fifty per cent (50%) marks, in addition to competitive examination (if any). The test of Punjabi language shall be a mandatory qualifying test, and failure to secure a minimum of fifty per cent (50%) marks in Punjabi language will disqualify the candidate from being considered in the final merit list of candidates to be selected, irrespective of their scores or marks in other papers or the respective exam.
For Group-D posts, the candidate(s) have to pass a qualifying test of Punjabi language equivalent to Middle standard with at least fifty per cent (50%) marks, in addition to competitive examination (if any). The test of Punjabi language shall be a mandatory qualifying test, and failure to secure a minimum of fifty per cent (50%) marks in Punjabi language will disqualify the candidate from being considered in the final merit list of candidates to be selected, irrespective of their scores or marks in other papers or the respective exam.
