NTA SWAYAM July Semester 2025 Eligibility Criteria

• The student/learner who has enrolled in any of the 648 courses in the July 2025 semester is eligible to appear in the examination of that course. The shift-wise and course-wise examination schedule is given in Annexure-II.
• The students who obtained 40% marks in the term-end written test conducted by NTA and 40% marks in the internal assessment separately will be eligible for a certificate and credit transfer.

• Class 10th and 12th mark sheets
• Degree and Other Certificates
• Valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhar Card)
• A recent passport-size photo with a white or light-colored background
• Signature on plain white paper using a black or blue pen (not in capital letters)
• Disability certificate (if applicable)
• Caste Certificate
• Income Certificate for EWS
• Domicile Certificate

How to Apply for NTA SWAYAM July Semester 2025

1. Candidates need to visit the official website or the link given in the link section.
2. Register for Online Form submission using your Email ID and Mobile Number, and note down the system-generated Application Number.
3. Complete the Online Application Form by filling in all required details such as name, Date of Birth, father’s Name, and other details.
4. Upload scanned Documents, i.e., image, signature, Category certificate, and other required.
5. Pay the required fee through Net Banking / Debit Card / Credit Card / UPI and keep proof of fee paid for future reference.
6. After the submission of the Online Application Form (i.e., successful completion of Step 3), the Confirmation Page of the Application Form should be downloaded, and a printout of the same may be retained for future reference. The Confirmation Page of the online application form can be generated only after the candidate has made a successful payment.
