PRINCIPAL	Vice Principal with at least 03 years of regular service in the grade in KVS.
VICE PRINCIPAL	From amongst PGTs serving in Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan with 05 years regular service in KVS in the grade. (Master’s Degree and B.Ed. with atleast 50% marks too in case of PGT Computer Science.)
PGT-HINDI, PGT-ENGLISH, PGT-MATH, PGT-CHEMISTRY, PGT-PHYSICS, PGT-BIOLOGY, PGT-ECONOMICS, PGT-History, PGT-GEOGRAPHY	Eligibility Criteria: From amongst TGTs who have rendered at least 03 years of regular service in the grade. Essential Educational Qualification: Integrated Post Graduate Course from NCTE recognized Institution/university, in the concerned subject, with at least 50% marks in aggregate, including the B.Ed. component. OR Master’s Degree from a recognised Institution/University with at least 50% marks in aggregate in Hindi AND B.Ed. Degree from NCTE recognized Institution/ University with at least 50% marks. OR Three years integrated B.Ed. -M.Ed from NCTE recognized Institution / University with at least 50% marks. OR Four-year Integrated degree with at least 50% marks from an NCTE-recognised Institution/University, including B.Ed. component.
TGT-HINDI, TGT-ENGLISH, TGT-MATH, TGT-SCIENCE, TGT-SOCIAL STUDIES,	Eligibility Criteria: From amongst PRTs having 05 years’ regular service as PRT. Essential Educational Qualification: A) Four-year integrated degree course from NCTE recognized Institution/ University with at least 50% marks in the concerned subject(s) as well as in the aggregate, including B.Ed. component. at OR Bachelor/Honours Degree from a recognised institution/University with at least 50% marks in the concerned subject, a combination of subjects, as well as in the aggregate. AND B.Ed. Degree from an NCTE-recognised institution/University with at least 50% marks OR Three years Integrated B.Ed.-M.Ed. from NCTE-recognised Institution/University with at least 50% marks OR 1-year B.Ed. (Special Education) from the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) with at least 50% marks OR Post-Graduation in the concerned subject / any specialisation in the concerned subject with a minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade, provided that the Candidate has studied the subject(s) mentioned in the note below at the graduation level and three years integrated B.Ed.-M.Ed. from NCTE-recognised institution/University with at least 50% marks. (B) Qualified in the Central Teachers Eligibility Test (Paper-II) conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) (C) Competency to teach through English and Hindi Medium
HEAD MASTER	Eligibility Criteria: Primary Teachers who have rendered at least five years of regular service Other Essential Qualifications: Qualified in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test Paper-I conducted by the Govt. of India.
FINANCE OFFICER	01 year’s regular service as Section Officer with a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from a recognised university. OR 04 years’ regular service in the grade as Assistant Section Officer with the following qualification: Graduate in Commerce /CA (Inter) or ICWA (Inter) or MBA (Finance) or 02 years full-time PGDM (Finance)
SECTION OFFICER	Eligibility Criteria: 04 Years regular service as Asst. Section Officer/Steno Grade-l/Hindi Translator Essential Educational Qualification: Graduation
ASSISTANT SECTION OFFICER	SSA with 05 years’ regular service in the grade in KVS.
SENIOR SECRETARIAT ASSISTANT	JSA with 08 years’ regular service in the grade.
JUNIOR SECRETARIAT ASSISTANT	Eligibility Criteria:  Sub-staff with at least 03 years’ regular service in KVS. Educational Qualification: Pass Class XII or equivalent.
