i) For Young Professionals- Graduates

The selection process involves the following stages: The selection of candidates will be done through a 2-stage process for Young Professionals Graduates, i.e.,

Stage 1: Shortlisting stage: This will be done through a quantifiable point-based methodology derived via a component weightage system.
Stage 2: Assessment stage: The shortlisted candidates would be invited to appear in the selection process. The selection process will comprise the following 2 components: i) Group Discussion (GD) ii) Personal Interview (PI)

ii) For Young Professional – Technicians & Operators

The selection of candidates will be done through a Skill test for Young Professionals- Technicians/ Young Professional – Operators

Stage 1: Shortlisting stage: This will be done through a quantifiable point-based methodology derived via a component weightage system.
Stage 2: Assessment stage: The shortlisted candidates would be invited to appear for a skill test.
