HPSC Haryana Veterinary Surgeon Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry from a recognised University or Institution;
Adequate Knowledge of Hindi.
Registered as a veterinary Practitioner with the Haryana Veterinary Council or with any Veterinary Council in India or the Indian Veterinary Council as required by the Indian Veterinary Council Act, 1984.

Preferential:- PhD or Master of Veterinary Science in Animal Genetics and Breeding/ Veterinary Gynaecology/ Animal Physiology or in any branch of Animal Husbandry/ Veterinary Science.

How to Apply for HPSC Haryana Veterinary Surgeon 2026

Candidates need to visit the official website of http://hpsc.qov. in or the link given in the link section.
Candidates can register online by using their mobile number & Aadhar No. In case the data in the Aadhar Card is not updated, the candidate should apply through Mobile No. 3.
After registration, a login lD would be created.
The candidates can apply against the advertisement, as per their qualifications, by using their login lD, 5.
In case the candidates are applying using their Aadhar No., their data would be verified from the relevant site. Hence, the candidates should ensure that the data of their Aadhar Card is updated.
Aadhar No./Virtual ID (VlD) is required for Aadhar authentication during Biometric attendance.
After filling in the application form, the candidates would have to submit the same by making payment of the requisite fee.
After making payment, the candidates must take a printout of their application form and upload the same after duly checking & signing it.
The candidate shall upload the duly filled and signed copy of their application form to complete the application process.
In case a candidate does not upload a signed copy of the downloaded application form, his/her application would be considered incomplete, and the candidature of such candidates would be automatically rejected.
The candidates should carefully enter their particulars and details in the online application forms because after submission of the online application form, no change in any particular/detail would be allowed.
After final submission of the online application form by the candidate, a PDF file of his/her online application form along with supporting documents, i.e. Qualification, Experience and Category certificates, etc., uploaded by him/her will be sent by the Commission to the candidates through their registered email lD to inform the candidate about successful submission of their application form.
