HPSC Haryana Manager, Town Planner and Other Eligibility Criteria

1. Assistant General Manager (Finance):-

MBA (Fin.)/equivalent, e.g. MFC/CA/ICWA, having at least 10 years relevant post-qualification experience in Banking/Financial institutions, out of which at least 5 yrs. should be in an executive position.
Candidate should have passed Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric Standard.

2. Senior Manager (Finance):-

MBA (Fin.) / equivalent, e.g. MFC/CA/ICWA, having at least 6 years relevant post qualification experience in Banking/Financial Institutions, out of which at least 5 yrs should be in an executive position
Candidate should have passed Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric Standard.

3. Manager (P&A):-

MBA (Personnel) or equivalent degree with at least 2 yrs. relevant post qualification experience in handling personnel & general administration in a corporate environment. Preference will be given to a person holding an additional degree in law.
Candidate should have passed Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric Standard.

4. Senior Manager (IA):-

1st class B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering Preferably MBA as an additional qualification, with a minimum of 6 yr. relevant post qualification experience in development/creation and maintenance of industrial infrastructure, out of which atleast 3yrs. should be in an executive position.
The candidate should have passed Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric Standard

5. Manager (IA):-

1st class B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering Preferably MBA as an additional qualification, with a minimum of 3 yr. relevant post qualification experience in development/creation and maintenance of industrial infrastructure.
The candidate should have passed Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric Standard

6. Manager (Accounts):-

CA/ICWA with at least 2 years relevant post-qualification experience in the industry/Financial Institution/Banks in the Accounts Stream. An MBA will be an added advantage.
Candidate should have passed Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric Standard.

7. Manager (Legal):-

Graduate (2nd Division), LLB Professional (2nd Division) with at least 2 years relevant post qualification experience in Govt./Commercial organizationsiFinancial lnstitutions/Banks in drafting of deeds/ agreements/terms/conditions/examinations of legal documents and pursuing of legal cases.
Candidate should have passed Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric Standard.

8. Assistant Town Planner:-

A post graduat,e degree or diploma in urban and regional planning/urban planning/regional planning/M.Tech in planning (urban, Traffic and Transport, Housing, infrastructure), or equivalent, making the holder eligible forAssociate tvlernbership 0f the Institute of Town Planners, India. OR
B.Tech degree in planning from a recognised institute/university with two years of experience in the field of Town Planning under a qualified Town Planner.
The incumbent should be well conversant with AutoCAD.
Candidate should have passed Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric Standard.

9. Senior Manager (Estate):-

1st Class B.E/B.Tech or MBA or both, having a minimum of 6 years relevant post-qualification experience in a Public Undertaking or an organisation of repute, out of which at least 3 years experience should be in an executive position. LLB will be an added advantage.
Candidate should have passed Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric Standard.

10. Manager (Estate):-

1st Class B.E/B.Tech or MBA or both, having a minimum of 2 years relevant post-qualification experience in a Public Undertaking or an organisation of repute, LLB will be an added advantage.
The candidate should have passed Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric Standard.

11. Company Secretary:-

A Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with at least 10 yrs. relevant post qualification experience as Company Secretary in a Public/Private Ltd. Company.
The candidate should have passed Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric Standard

12. System Analyst/Senior Programmer:-

1st class B.E B.Tech in Information Technology/ Computer Science/MCA from a recognised University/Institute with minimum 6 yrs. relevant post qualification experience in a Public Sector Undertaking/ Financial Institution/ Bank, out of which at least 3 yrs. Experience should be in an executive position.
Candidate should have passed Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric Standard.

13. Junior Analyst/Senior Programmer:-

1st class B.E./ B.Tech. in Information Technology/Computer Science/MCA from a recognised University/institute, with minimum 2 yrs. relevant post qualification experience in a Public Sector Undertaking/ Financial Institution/ Bank.
Candidate should have passed Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric Standard.

How to Apply for HPSC Haryana Manager, Town Planner and Other 2026

Candidates need to visit the official website of http://hpsc.qov. in or the link given in the link section.
Candidates can register online by using their mobile number & Aadhar No. In case the data in the Aadhar Card is not updated, the candidate should apply through Mobile No.
After registration, a login lD would be created.
The candidates can apply against the advertisement, as per their qualifications, by using their login lD.
In case the candidates are applying using their Aadhar No., their data would be verified from the relevant site. Hence, the candidates should ensure that the data on their Aadhar Card is updated.
Aadhar No./Virtual ID (VlD) is required for Aadhar authentication during Biometric attendance.
After filling in the application form, the candidates would have to submit the same by making payment of the requisite fee.
After making payment, the candidates must take a printout of their application form and upload the same after duly checking & signing it.
The candidate shall upload the duly filled and signed copy of their application form to complete the application process.
In case a candidate does not upload a signed copy of the downloaded application form, his/her application would be considered incomplete, and the candidature of such candidates would be automatically rejected.
The candidates should carefully enter their particulars and details in the online application forms because after submission of the online application form, no change in any particular/detail would be allowed.
After final submission of the online application form by the candidate, a PDF file of his/her online application form along with supporting documents, i.e. Qualification, Experience and Category certificates, etc., uploaded by him/her will be sent by the Commission to the candidates through their registered email lD to inform the candidate about successful submission of their application form.
