D.Ed. in Special Education from a Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) approved Institute and possesses a valid RCI & CRR number. OR D.EI.Ed. with a recognised qualification (Certificate/Diploma) from a Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) approved Institution and possess a valid RCI & CRR Number. Six-month training in teaching in cross disability area in inclusive education AND Pass in Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) duly conducted by H.P Board of School Education, Dharamshala, District Kangra or any other Agency authorised by the Government. (b) Knowledge of customs, manners and dialects of Himachal Pradesh and suitability for appointment in the peculiar conditions prevailing in Himachal Pradesh.
Special Educator (VI-XII)	(a) Essential qualification(s) Graduation in any stream from a recognised University with at least 50% marks. (ii) Bachelor of Education Degree (Special Education) from a Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) approved institution, possessing a valid RCI & CRR number. OR B.Ed. with a recognised qualification (Certificate/Diploma) from a Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) approved institution, and possess a valid RCI & CRR number. Six-month training in teaching in cross disability area in inclusive education. OR Bachelor’s in Library Science/ Library and Information Science. Provided that the candidate must have passed Matriculation or 10+2 from any School/ Institution situated within Himachal Pradesh. Provided further that this condition shall not apply to bonafide Himachalis. (b) Knowledge of customs, manners and dialects of Himachal Pradesh and suitability for appointment in the peculiar conditions prevailing in Himachal Pradesh.
Steno Typist (Trainee)	(a) Essential qualification(s) Should have passed 10+2 examination from a recognised Board of School Education. Must possess the following speed in shorthand and typing on computers in both languages, i.e. English and Hindi, at the time of initial appointment:- Speed in Shorthand: English: 60WPM Hindi: 60WPM Speed in typing on a Computer: English: Hindi 25WPM: 25WPM Should know about word processing in a Computer as prescribed by the recruiting authority. The candidates must read the instructions carefully before filling up the ORA for the post(s) concerned. Incomplete ORA submitted without prescribed essential qualifications, age, Date of Birth, category, requisite examinations and other processing fee, scanned photograph & signatures of prescribed size, etc. will be rejected straightaway.
