Who Should Apply for the Goa PSC Tutor/Demonstrator?
Tutor/Demonstrator
- Essential: (i) A recognised medical qualification included in the First or the Second Schedule or Part II of the third schedule (Other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (Act No. 102 of 1956). Holders of qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfil the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of Section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956(Act No. 102 of 1956).
- (ii) Knowledge of Konkani
- Desirable: (i) Post-graduate degree or equivalent qualification in the speciality concerned from a National Medical Commission(then Medical Council of India) recognised medical college/institution.
- (ii) Knowledge of Marathi.
Dietician
- Essential: (i) Degree in Home Science from a recognised University or equivalent
- (ii) Knowledge of Konkani.
- Desirable: (i) Diploma in Dietetics.
- (ii) Post-Graduate Diploma or Degree in Nutrition
- (iii) Experience as a Dietitian in a hospital
- (iv)Knowledge of Marathi.
Insurance Medical Officer
- Essential: (i) A recognised Medical qualification included in the First or the Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than Licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. (Act 102 of 1956). Holders of the educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should fulfil the conditions stipulated in Section 13(3) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (Act 102 of 1956)
- (ii) Completion of compulsory rotating internship.
- (iii) Knowledge of Konkani.
- Desirable: (i) Experience in the general medical practice
- (ii) Knowledge of Marathi.

- Tutor/Demonstrator: pay Matrix Level-10
- Dietician: pay matrix level 6
- Insurance Medical Officer: Rs. 15,600-39,100+5,400/- (pre-revised) (As per pay matrix level 10)
