Who Should Apply for CSEB Kerala Junior Clerk, Secretary & Others?
Secretary (8/2026)
- Degree with HDC&BM with seven years of experience as an Accountant or above that post in the Cooperative Bank. OR
- B.Sc (Co-operation & Banking) from Agricultural University with five years experience as an Accountant or above that post in Co-operative Bank OR
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration or M.Com with Finance as the main subject, or Membership in Chartered Accountants of India with three years of experience in the Banking Sector, and having co-operative qualifications. OR
- B.Com (Co-operation)with seven years of experience as an Accountant or above in a Cooperative Bank.
Assistant Secretary / Chief Accountant
A degree from a recognized University with not less than 50% marks in all subjects: Higher Diploma in Cooperative (Kerala State Cooperative Union H.D.C. or H.D.C. & B.M. or National Council for Cooperative Training (one year regular course) H.D.C. or H.D.C.M.) or completed Subordinate Personnel Cooperative Training Course (Junior Diploma in Cooperative) or B.Sc./M.Sc. (Cooperative & Banking) from Kerala Agricultural University or B.Com. A degree with not less than 50% marks in all subjects recognized by any University in Kerala, and in which co-operation is optional.
Junior Clerk/Cashier
SSLC or equivalent qualification and Subordinate Personnel Cooperative Training Course (Junior Diploma in Co-operation) will be the basic qualification. For candidates belonging to Kasaragod district, the GDC/DCM conducted by Karnataka State Cooperative Federation and the Junior Diploma in Co-operation (JDC) conducted by Kerala State Co-operative Union will be the basic qualification equivalent to the appointment in the Co-operative Societies/Banks of the said district. In addition, those who have a B.Com degree with Cooperative as an optional subject, or a degree from any recognized university, Higher Diploma in Cooperatives (Kerala State Cooperative Union’s HDC or HDC and BM, or National Council for Cooperative Training (one year regular course) HDC or HDCM), or B.Sc (Cooperatives & Banking) from Kerala Agricultural University can also apply.
System Administrator
- MCA/B.Tech. (Computer Science, Electronic Communication, or Information Technology)
- Minimum working experience of 3 years as a System Administrator or equivalent posts in any recognized institution is desirable.
Data Entry Operator
- B.A. from a recognized University.
- Certificate in Computer Science from a recognized University/Institute.
- One year of experience in Computer Science from a recognized University.
