CBSE Group A, B & C Online Application 2025- Important Dates, Exam Date, Syllabus, Salary, Notification PDF: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released a notification for the Direct Recruitment Quota Examination 2026 (DRQ2026). The Online application started on 2 December 2025. Interested candidates can fill out the CBSE Group A, B & C online application till 27 December 2025. The Candidate must read the official Notification before applying.

For Unreserved/OBC/EWS
  • Group A: Rs. 1750/-
  • Group B: Rs. 1050/-
  • Group C: Rs. 1050/-
For SC/ ST/ PwBD/ Ex-Servicemen/ Women
  • Group A: Rs. 250/-
  • Group B: Rs. 250/-
  • Group C: Rs. 250/-
  • The candidates are required to deposit the requisite examination fees online through Internet Banking, Debit, or Credit Card.

Age Limits As of 22 December 2025

  • Minimum Age: NA
  • For Post Code 1, 5 Maximum Age: 35 Years
  • For Post Code 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, Maximum Age: 30 Years
  • For Post Code 8, 9, Maximum Age: 27 Years

CBSE Group A, B & C Eligibility Criteria

Details of Posts Educational Qualification
Assistant Secretary Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University/ Institution.
Assistant Professor & Assistant Director (Academics/ Training/ Skill Education) Essential: Post Graduate Degree in any discipline with 55% marks (or equivalent grade) from a recognized University/ Institute with provision of applicable concession to the respective categories.
Desirable:
  1. B.Ed./M.Ed. or equivalent from a recognized University/ Institute.
  2. NET/SLET
  3. NET-JRF
  4. Doctorate Degree from a recognized University/ Institute.
Accounts Officer
Essential:
  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University/ Institution with Economics/ Commerce/ Accounts/ Finance/ Business Studies/ Cost Accounting as one of the subjects. OR
  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University/Institution and having SAS/JAO(C) examination conducted by any Account/Audit Services/Department of the Central/State Govt. OR
  • Post Graduate of a recognized University/Institution with Economics/ Commerce / Accounts/ Finance/ Business Studies/ Cost Accounting as one of the subjects. OR
  • M.B.A. (Finance)/Chartered Accountant/ICWA.
Desirable:
  1. Experience in the field of Accounts compilation, Budget, Internal Audit, and Commercial Accounting.
  2. Experience in the field of investments/fund management/ securities
Superintendent
Essential:
  1. Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University or equivalent.
  2. Working knowledge of Computer/Computer Applications such as Windows, MS-Office, handling of large databases, Internet.
Junior Translation Office
Essential:
  • Master’s Degree from a Recognized University in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the Degree Level. OR
  • Master’s Degree from a Recognized University in English with Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the Degree Level. OR
  • Master’s Degree from a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi medium and English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the Degree Level. OR
  • Master’s Degree from a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with English medium and Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the Degree Level. OR
  • Master’s Degree from a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi and English as a compulsory or elective subject, or either of the two as a medium of examination and the other as a compulsory or elective subject at the Degree Level. AND
  • Recognized Diploma or Certificate Course in translation from Hindi to English and vice-versa, or three years’ experience in translation work from Hindi to English and vice-versa in a Central or State Government Office, including a Government of India undertaking.
Junior Accountant
Essential:
  • 12th Class from a recognized Board/ University/ Institution with Accountancy/ Business Studies/ Economics/ Commerce/ Entrepreneurship/ Finance/ Business Administration/ Taxation/ Cost Accounting as one of the subjects. AND
  • A typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on a Computer.
Junior Assistant
Essential:
  1. 12th Class or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board or University.
  2. A typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on a Computer (35 w.p.m. and 30 w.p.m. correspond to 10500 KDPH/ 9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word)
