Players who have participated or won medal(s) in the level of competition given at Para 4(b) of this advertisement during the last two years from the closing date of the Advertisement will only be considered.

International Event- The sportsman who have participated or won medal(s) in any International Sports tournamenv competition/ Championship held between 15/01/2024 to 15/01/2026 as member of the Indian contingent conducted/ recognized by International Sports Federation of concerned sports which are duly afflliated/ recognized by International Olympic Committee (Ioc)/ Indian Olympic Association (IoA)/ Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports (MOYAS) during last 2 years from the closing date of advertisement.
National Event- Players who have won medal(s) in any National Games/ Senior National Championship/ National Open Championship or Youth/ Jiinior National Championship held between 15/01/2024 to 15/01/2026 and conducted/ recognized by National Sports Federation of concerned sports which are duly affilieted/ recognized by Indian Olympie Association (IoA) Ministry of Youth Affalrs & Sports (MoyAS), Govt of India (G0I).
International Event- ln the team event, sports persons who have participated or won medal (s) in any international sports tournament/ competition/ Championship held bet\veen 15/01/2024 to 15/01/2026 and conducted/recognized by the International Sports Federation of concerned sports, which are duly affiliated/ recognized by lntemational Olympic Committee (IOC) Indian Olympic Association (GOA) Miniistry Of Youth Affairs & Sports (MOYAS), Govt of India (GOI).
National Event- In a team event, a sportsperson who has won medal (s) in National Games/ Senior National Championship/ National Open Championship or Youth/ Junior National Championship while representing any State/ UT/ Sports Control Board/ recognized federation held between 15/01/2024 to 15/01/2026 and conducted/ recognized by the National Sports Federation Of concerned sports whieh are duly affiliated/ recognieed by Indian Olympic Association (IOA) Ministry Of Youth Affairs & sports (MoyAs), Govt. of India (GOI)

How to Apply for BSF Constable GD Sports Quota Recruitment 2025

(A) Go to the official website of BSF or the link given in the link section.

(B) Online submission of the application form comprises the following steps:-

One Time Registration (OTR). (STEP-l)
Filling out the online application. (STEP-II)
Payment of examination fee through prescribed digital modes. (STEP-II)

(C) In STEP-I, candidates should first complete the ‘ONE TIME REGISTRATION’ (OTR) process by filling in basic information relating to them, i.e, Name, Mobile Number, and E-mail ID. Candidates are to ensure that only active/functional mobile numbers and Email IDs are used for the One Time Registration purpose.

(D)On submission of information, candidates will receive their Registration ID and password on their given mobile number as well as email address. Candidates are advised to keep memorizing the Registration ID and password, as the same will be essential to obtain access to their profile throughout the entire recruitment process.

(E) In STEP-II, candidates can apply for Recruitment to the posts as mentioned in the detailed advertisement at para-1 by clicking on the ‘APPLY HERE’ link available next to the relevant advertisement.

(F) Candidates are advised to read the instructions mentioned in the recruitment notification carefully before proceeding to the online submission of the application form.

(G) After reading the instructions, candidates should carefully fill in the relevant fields of the online application form and upload all essential documents as mentioned in Para No.2(xxxvii) of the detailed advertisement and other documents as per their category, photograph, signature, and Thumb impression. Mandatory fields are marked with * asterisk. Only the application of the candidate who fulfills the eligibility conditions will be accepted by the system.

(H) Candidates will have to fill out basic personal information. After filling in all relevant information, the candidate can see a complete preview of their application form. If the candidate desires to make any corrections, then press “back.

(I) The digital size of photographs-30 to 100 kb, signature- 20 to 50 kb, qualification documents, 30 to 100 kb, and thumb impression should not be more than 50 KB. Photographs and signature must be clearly visible, and the latest photographs must be uploaded. Format should be JPG. jpeg, png formats.

(J) Candidates should thoroughly check all the entries filled in the online application form before final submission. In case of any discrepancy, the relevant entry may be corrected/edited before the “submit” button.

(K) In STEP, the candidates are required to make a fee payment (Candidates who are exempt from fee payment are not required to pay the fee). Fee can be paid through Net banking or Debit Card. Credit Card and the nearest Common Service Centre. The candidate’s application will not be considered if the fee is not paid for that application.
