Gujarat Police SI, Constable Eligibility Criteria

1. For PSI Cadre

The candidate is a citizen of India or a state established by or under an Act. Or must have a Bachelor’s degree obtained from any of the established universities or from any other educational institution recognized as such, or from any other academic institution declared as a deemed university under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956, or must have an equivalent qualification recognized by the Government.

2. For Lokrakshak Cadre

Must have passed the Standard 12-Higher Secondary Examination or equivalent examination as mentioned in Resolution No. Ravbh-102011-U.O.190.K dated 15/05/2012 of the General Administration Department of the Government of Gujarat.

3. The candidate should have basic knowledge of Computer Applications.

4. Candidate should have the necessary knowledge of Gujrati or Hindi, or both languages as per rules.
