Who Should Apply for the DSSSB Legal Assistant, ASO, AE, JE?

Legal Assistant (Delhi Pollution Control Committee)

1. Possess a Degree in Law from a recognized university.
2. Have three years’ experience as a Legal Practitioner or one year of experience in Legal work in a Government Department.

Legal Assistant (Delhi Urban Shelter Improvement Board)

1. Possessing a regular degree in Law (entitling the incumbent for registration at the bar and appearing before the courts) from a recognized university or equivalent, and
2. Have 03 years’ experience at a bar.

Legal Assistant (Department of Law, Justice and Legislative Affairs)

1. Possess a degree in Law from a recognized university.
2. Have two years’ experience as a Legal Practitioner or one year of experience in handling Legal work in a Government Department/PSU.

Legal Assistant (Delhi Transport Corporation)

1. Graduate in Law from a recognized institution established or incorporated by or under a Central Act or Provincial Act, or a State Act, or any other institution or foreign institution approved by the Central Government.
2. At least one year of experience working with an advocate and enrolled with the Bar Council.
3. Should have knowledge (read and write) of the Hindi Language.

Assistant Engineer (Civil)

• Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.

Junior Engineer (Civil) (Delhi Jal Board)

• Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university OR
• Three-year Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized university / Board / Institute plus two years’ experience in planning, execution, and maintenance of civil engineering works.

Junior Engineer (Civil) (New Delhi Municipal Council)

• Three-year Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.

Grade – II (GNCTDSS) / ASSISTANT SECTION OFFICER

• Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University / Institute.

Assistant Section Officer (Delhi Pollution Control Committee)

• For the AE & JE Posts, Part I has 100 MCQs worth 100 marks. Part II has 100 MCQs worth 200 marks. Total exam duration is 3 Hours.
• For the Grade – II (GNCTDSS) / Assistant Section Officer Post, Tier I has 200 MCQs worth 200 marks. Total exam duration is 2 Hours. Tier II has 200 MCQs worth 200 marks & 100 Marks Descriptive. Total exam duration is 3 Hours
