      Meter & Relay Tester Grade – II
      • Matriculate
      • Other Qualification: ITI in the grade of Electrician or Competency Class – I.
      Reporter
      • Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised university or institute.
      • Skill Test Norms: Dictation: 10 minutes at the speed of 100 words per minute (English or Hindi). Transcription on Computer: 40 minutes (English) or 55 minutes (Hindi).
      Katib (Calligrapher)
      • Senior Secondary or equivalent pass with Urdu as an elective subject from a recognized Board.
      • Two-year course in Khattati (Calligraphy) from any recognized institution.
      Patwari
      • Graduated from any recognized university or equivalent thereof.
