Who Should Apply for Bihar BTSC Laboratory Assistant?
- Candidates should have a three-year Diploma in a related discipline or equivalent Engineering branch in a regular course (Non-distance mode) issued by an Institute recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. OR
- Candidates should have a three-year Diploma in a related discipline or equivalent Engineering branch in a regular course (Non-distance mode) awarded by a University or Deemed/Deemed to be a University under the provisions of the University Grants Act.
- For Laboratory Assistant (Science): Candidates should have a graduation degree (Bachelor of Science or Chemistry, or Mathematics) awarded by a University established or Deemed/Deemed to be a University under the provisions of the University Grants Act, 1965

Bihar BTSC Laboratory Assistant Syllabus / Exam Pattern

- A written Exam wiil of conducted. It has 100 MCQs of 100 marks. Exam duration is 2 hours.
- There will be a negative marking of 1/4 for every wrong answer.
- The marks obtained in the written competitive examination will be determined by multiplying the total marks obtained in that examination by a factor of 0.75. For example, if a candidate has obtained 50 percent marks, he or she will be awarded 50 x 0.75 = 37.5 marks.
